Luther joined the ZSA team as a Legal Recruiter / Headhunter.
Before pursuing his legal studies in 2021, Luther completed his college education through the Sports-Studies program in swimming, competing at both the provincial and national levels. He then attended McGill University’s Faculty of Law, where he earned both a B.C.L. and a J.D., before being called to the Quebec Bar in 2025. He began his career at a national law firm and subsequently joined an international firm, where he primarily practised commercial and real estate litigation, as well as employment law, in Montreal.
At ZSA, Luther draws on his legal experience in his recruitment role, where his sound judgment and ability to build relationships based on trust are valuable assets. This position allows him to reconnect on a daily basis with what has always motivated him most: people and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the growth and development of others. Luther primarily works with legal professionals who are at the early stages of their careers. He helps them better understand their options, reflect on their career development, and identify opportunities that will enable them to progress and thrive in the legal profession. He is distinguished by his people-focused approach and his desire to build lasting relationships with the professionals he supports.
Outside of work, Luther remains deeply passionate about sports, which have played an important role in his life since his years as a competitive swimmer. Whether taking a spinning or pilates class, he enjoys staying active and maintaining a dynamic lifestyle. A great music enthusiast, he is also likely already looking for his next concert.
