I dealt with Sara and was looking to hire a Real Estate & Corporate LAA.   ZSA was referred to me by a colleague at my firm.  My experience was excellent –  impressive candidates, timely responses, and very professional.  The service was fantastic.  I was impressed that, with very little communication and discussion, Sara was able to find me several very suitable candidates.  I’ve used almost every recruiting firm in Vancouver and I was extremely impressed with ZSA.  Usually I find I have to waste an hour discussing the role and when candidates are presented, they don’t have the right skillset or it feels like the recruiter is just sending me anyone even though the skillset isn’t remotely what I’m looking for.  ZSA presented the best candidates I’ve seen in a long time.  There was no delay in response no matter what time it was and everything was done correctly.  I’d rate this service a 10/10.  I look forward to engaging with Sara again when more hiring needs arise.
