I responded to a job posting and Orit called me to discuss another posting she thought I would be a better fit for. I was just beginning my job search at the time, given I’d been with my last company for 10 years and was ready for a change of pace. Orit was very personable and we got along great. She kept in frequent touch with me throughout the interview process with Iovate, giving me helpful advice/feedback and background information. I had a very positive experience working with her and would recommend her to my peers.  Orit was available for my calls after every interaction with the company during the hiring process. She really made sure that things moved along quickly and I know from my references that detailed time was spent getting feedback on me to share with my, at the time, prospective employer. I have used other recruiters in the past and ZSA was probably my best experience.
