I reached out to ZSA directly in response to a job posting for the Toronto Blue Jays and connected with Orit. I have not experienced a recruiter like Orit – she is a star! I found her to be responsive, transparent and knowledgeable about the entire process. I found it very helpful that she was willing to have brief phone chats prior to interviews or after to get a sense of some tips and to ground me during the process. I have been inundated by recruiters and not one of them came close to connecting with me. I found that Orit was very receptive to understanding my interests and never forced a posting on me. I also found that I was never asked to recommend friends for jobs or give peoples contact information out – I found this off putting when other recruiters did this. My experience with Orit and ZSA was excellent and I would certainly use their services again.
