I was placed as an Associate and dealt with Travis. I had been passively reviewing Job postings in the Ontario reports and reviewing opportunities raised for me by other recruiters. Travis was my favourite because I felt heard by him and he took the time to speak to me and check in with me before and after interviews. Travis validated my experience and hopes for a new firm where others discounted my ability and credentials to move to the type of firm that interested me.
