We needed assistance with a search for an Internal General Counsel and no previous efforts had been made before contacting ZSA.  I dealt with Travis Usher and my experience was excellent. Travis was very communicative and efficient. Time was a factor and we managed to fill the position after only a few weeks.  Travis was also instrumental in the contract negotiation phase and helped a great deal in landing our preferred candidate. What was particularly helpful was the insight he had into the candidate’s mindset – sometimes it is very difficult to understand their motivations and needs. Travis certainly helped bridged that gap. ZSA is top notch and I would use their services again.
