My experience with Edward was excellent, and he was very professional from the beginning and took the time to answer all of the questions I had in a timely manner. His response time was amazing. He would make the effort to respond within 5 minutes of my inquiry whether it be by phone or email. He also kept me in the loop when there was a long delay before the employer was able to reach the final decision. Edward also did a good job at managing my expectations in that he would call me back after my interviews and tell me how long I should likely wait to receive a response, etc. I have used other recruiters both as employee and employer.
