ZSA brings a lot of value to the hiring process. Rather than simply filling my inbox with resumes like some other recruiters, ZSA worked to ensure I only saw resumes they had vetted and believed were suitable. Warren also provided me with tables and spreadsheets of candidate assessments and summaries with rankings and high-level notes. ZSA’s approach is different than my experience with other recruiters, which has involved little analysis or follow up. Working with Warren and ZSA in general was excellent and I will use them again.
