We recently used ZSA’s services to fill a senior counsel role within our organization. Most of the interactions were with Dominique Tardif, who provided Class-A service throughout the mandate. Often times recruitment firms tend to oversell their candidates and sometimes disregard their clients’ requirements in candidates, but this was not a concern while dealing with ZSA – they were very mindful and respectful of our preferences.
