I was placed in a Legal Counsel role although I engaged ZSA for another role. I had a good conversation with Orit about my candidacy for that role and, although I was not eligible for that role, our conversation was good as Orit asked me what I was looking for in a role and asked really good questions about where I saw my legal career going. Orit kept her promise to reach out when there was a role she saw fitting my wants and reached out for the opportunity to be put forward for the current role. Prior to reaching out to ZSA, I was just being approached by other recruiters and applying on LinkedIn for other legal counsel roles. My experience was excellent and Orit was amazing. She knew what I was looking for in a role; she knew what the company wanted; and, she paired us well. What I found particularly helpful was that Orit was good in helping me negotiate after I received an offer.
