Warren has shown a deep understanding of prospective firms’ needs as well as my knowledge and experience, which adds value to everyone involved in the hiring process.  He knows everyone, has great connections, and he actually has good relationships with all of the firms and has rightfully earned his reputation as a recruiter you can actually trust.  With all of his experience, knowledge and understanding of the market and the profession, Warren has always been able to offer helpful insights and give a me a candid and fair evaluation of my job prospects.  I have used other recruiters in the past but ZSA is by far the best agency I have worked with and the only one that has successfully placed me in roles.
