I engaged ZSA as I had worked with Travis before when he placed me on a contract position which worked out really well.  I was looking for about 12 months before this placement.  My experience was excellent from the interview process to the hiring process.  Travis provided timely responses to any of the questions that I asked and with feedback following the interviews so that I was not left wondering whether or not I got the position.  He was really good at identifying positions that match with my skill set and didn’t waste my time by offering positions that weren’t a good fit.  I have been working with him for a while and my experience has always been really positive.  What was of value and very helpful to me was that Travis does a really good job balancing the interests of the candidate with the employer.  I find that he really looks out for the best interests of the candidate and is really good at keeping the candidate informed throughout the process so that they are not kept in the dark.  He is also very responsive to any questions that the candidate has (which makes what is normally a very stressful process much easier) and responds to emails immediately regardless of the time, i.e. on weekends or after hours.  I have used other recruiters in the past but my experience with ZSA was far superior.  The other recruiters did not take the time to really get to know the candidate the way that ZSA does.  My experience with ZSA has been very positive and I would be very happy to work with them again.
