I was in private practice and found it hard with kids home schooling etc., and wanted to move to an in-house role.  As a candidate, I found that Travis provided good service and was very efficient. He was knowledgeable about the company, the position and the people that I was interviewing with. Travis kept me informed throughout the interview process and was very responsive. He made himself available when I had questions and needed more information, or needed to clarify any questions regarding the offer. I spoke to him quite a bit during the process and he was always very accessible, even on weekends – always responding to e-mails and phone calls within minutes. I ended up getting other offers at the same time and Travis added value by communicating this to the hiring manager and taking the necessary steps to expedite the offer process so that I had all of the information to make the right decision about which position was best suited for me. The steps that Travis took to speed up the process were greatly appreciated because I ended up getting the position that I really wanted.  I have used other recruiters in the past and I found ZSA to be more efficient. Also, I find that ZSA places candidates in better positions and has better companies as clients than other recruiting firms do.
