I was placed as a Partner and dealt with Mike and Amrit. Previously, I had used The Counsel Network, when I was a lot more junior –  but it wasn’t formal. I reached out to ZSA as I was unhappy with the lack of work at my current firm and lack of promotion/succession plan and  spoke with my colleague at the firm who was using ZSA. My experience with  both was excellent. Amrit was very attentive to all my needs and requirements, and was always ready to present or explore new opportunities for me to consider. I also had the pleasure of working with Mike during Amrit’s vacation and, during that time, Mike was equally as responsive, available and provided sound guidance for me to be able to make a decision. It truly was a life changing experience and I owe them both a lot of gratitude. I found it particularly helpful that they were able to initially present my profile on a no-names basis which would be impossible to do if applying directly. The benefit of this is that only truly interested firms get to know my actual name and details, and further, it keeps the process confidential. ZSA consultants also helped with the decision making, selection and the debrief process which was  invaluable. Both Amrit and Mike are amazing in what they do and their strong connections to law firms are what brings immeasurable value to their process as firms are confident in moving forward when they reach out. It was such a fast process for an otherwise life changing decision that both Amrit and Mike were so helpful for.
