Lana kept me involved and informed throughout the process – I was quickly made aware of where in the process my application was, so I was not left in the dark about what was going on. This was in contrast to my prior experiences applying directly to firms, where I would receive very little information, and was rarely informed about whether my application was still under consideration. I would definitely use the services of ZSA in the future, should I require them.
