I was placed as Senior Counsel, Claims Litigation.  I had seen a job posted by ZSA on Linkedin and had worked with Amrit Rai on a previous posting before.  Amrit was very helpful, excellent to deal with, and responsive.  She was supportive; she provided good feedback and clarity throughout the process; and, she is a wonderful recruiter in my experience over 10 years. I really valued the fact that she helped focus on what the hiring company was looking for, how the recruitment process would proceed, and her follow up to make the hiring a smooth and efficient experience. I have previously used regional and national legal recruiters and ZSA is the best national recruiter in my experience, as they are very helpful to make a match and inform candidates in this process of where they stand.
