I engaged ZSA, as I had worked previously with Orit, and was placed as Senior Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary.  I had an excellent experience and Orit takes into account a candidate’s objectives and preferences before presenting opportunities.  No time was wasted on poor fits.  I particularly found it helpful that she provided insight into the legal team’s culture at the employer.  Although I have worked with other recruiters before –  ZSA does a good job of keeping tabs and staying in touch over time.
