Travis has great emotional intelligence and his market knowledge (and flexibility in pursuing leads) was very helpful. Some recruiters can be hyper-aggressive but Travis’ professionalism shone during my work with him. He was patient and careful in listening to my unique placement desires, even as they changed over the course of my recruit. I trusted him with my career (a great decision) and would recommend him again in a heartbeat.
