Our client, a highly regarded asset management organization seeks a Corporate Law Clerk to add to their downtown Toronto team. In this role, you will be the sole Law Clerk on the team. Duties will include: minute book maintenance; coordinating and managing the scheduling, agendas, materials and minutes for Board and committee meetings; manage insurance policy renewals; handle corporate and securities filings; manage the public disclosure filing processes for corporate and fund reporting issuers; and maintenance and administration of other general corporate matters. The ideal candidate will be a Corporate Law Clerk with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Experience with securities filings is an asset.
